Climate Sprints

First cohort 1Q2027

Climate Catalyst Mastermind

Twelve weeks. Twelve sessions. A closed room of people carrying the same weight. Forms at eight, targets twelve, capped at fifteen.

Why a cohort

A climate CEO is structurally isolated.

The board wants confidence. The team wants certainty. The investors want the milestone. There is nobody in the building to whom the honest version of the week can be said out loud.

Advisors help with that up to a point. Peers who are three months ahead or three months behind on the same problem help more, and faster, because they are not being paid to be reassuring.

This is not a networking group and it is not a course. It is a working room.

Who is in the room

Curated for stage overlap and sector spread.

Founders, CEOs and CxOs of emerging climate, cleantech, regenerative and circular companies. Board members and capital providers who sit on the other side of the same problems.

Curated so the room has enough common ground to be useful and enough difference to be worth the time.

Every seat is by application. We will decline applications that would make the room worse.

Format

Twelve weeks, twelve sessions.

  • Three hot seats per session, rotating, so every member gets the room repeatedly
  • Faculty and industry guests where the cohort’s problems call for them
  • A private, confidential digital environment between sessions
  • Pitch panel in the closing weeks
  • Frameworks released as the room needs them rather than dumped at the start

Two ways in

One cohort, two doors.

Priced per cohortPortfolio cohort

A fund or family office takes a block of seats for its portfolio CEOs. Or three or four aligned allocators co-sponsor a cohort across theirs, which has the additional effect of putting their portfolios in the same room.

By application, for founders and executives outside a sponsoring fund.

The platform

Built for confidential cohort work, not assembled from consumer software.

The cohort runs on AGGEIO.

Most mastermind programs are assembled from consumer software: a video tool, a group chat, a shared drive, a scheduler, a payment processor. Confidentiality degrades at every seam, and the facilitator loses the thread of what is happening across the room.

AGGEIO is one purpose-built system for confidential cohort work, with an analysis engine that surfaces patterns across a cohort that the person running it is too close to see. Climate Catalyst Mastermind is amongst its first deployments.

AGGEIO is built by Quantum Ravioli, a product studio under the same ownership as Climate Sprints. Public beta 3Q2026. quantumravioli.com

Faculty

Each has committed to co-facilitate at least one session per cohort.
